性病的传播主要是性交或通过血液，性交只有接触患者的分泌物才可能感染，一般高危性行为以后。两周左右。可以出现异常。如果有异常。可以去疾控中心检查一下。排除感染。高危性行为就是指容易引起艾滋病病毒感染的行为。具体说来，高危性行为就是指与别人发生体液交换的行为，即别人的体液进入到他们的身体内， 或是他们的体液进入别人的身体内。一般来说，高危行为后，六周检测，基本百分之99都可以检测出来的，可以基本排除，再在三个月的时候确诊一次，就可以排除，正规医院的检测都是有效的。
